CVS Health: North Star

The Check Drug Cost & Coverage (CDC) experience empowers Caremark members make informed decisions about their medications. This project was a visioning initiative taking our mission statement to the next step by integrating AI driven concepts, voice design and iOS capabilities to deliver hyper convenience to users while supporting key business goals, such as reducing calls to the care center.

Mission:

“Check Drug Cost & Coverage guides the user through an integrated benefits and drug pricing search results experience. The transparent, personalized and proactive experience improves member satisfaction, increases engagement and reduces calls to the care center. “

Notes I collaborated on this project with another designer and our design lead, along with a content designer and an additional UI designer for support, as it was a large-scale project with strict timelines. In addition to UX design, I served as the primary coordinator, managing collaboration between the design lead, content designer, and UI designer, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the project.
